About

Frame what matters.

Frame OOH™ started in Phoenix in 2023 as Harkey Media. Today we own 414 faces in 11 markets, from Times Square to the Texas interstates.

Our story

Built on real estate.

Harkey Media began with one idea: a billboard is only as good as the ground it stands on. So we did what most media companies don't. We bought the land rights, the easements and the long leases first, then built and sold the boards on top of them.

That approach took us from a single digital bulletin on Loop 202 to landmark sites in Times Square and on the Las Vegas Strip, and to hundreds of faces across Texas, in under three years.

Why Frame

A new name for a national portfolio.

A billboard is a frame on the city. We own the frame, brands fill it, and the community is the view. The new name says what we do, and it fits a company that now operates coast to coast.

Same team, same boards, same long-term approach. Existing leases, contracts and relationships carry over unchanged.
